Before shipping ,all orders are followed by an order confirmation by e-mail or by fax
(if you provided them)



SHIPPING
Goods will be shipped within 3 days from payment confirmation (good + delivery cost): all the goods are packed with maximum cure warehouse in order to assure they reach their destination without damages and with the maximum hygiene.
In order to assure fast(3/7working days) and sure deliveries we have chosen to take advantage of the collaboration of the main operating express couriers.
Since shipping cost is very variable in addition to different destinations also for quantity and typology of the products we are at your disposal for send you the best estimate of expenditure as soon as possible.
 
WARRANTY AND RIGHTS
All products are sold according to Italian law 50 of 15/1/2002 concerning mail sale.
The buyer has the right to exert the withdrawal right within 10 working days on the receipt of the goods. This mean that you have the right to send back the goods and to obtain the purchase price refund. You only have to communicate your intention to exert your rights and to send (within 10 days) back all the goods as you received them ,with the original package and with no damages. All the delivery costs will be up to you ,according to
Italian law decree 185 art 5 22/5/1999.
